We recommend you to follow the instructions on the care label:
– Cold machine wash with similar colors
– Do not bleach
– Hang to dry
– Warm iron if requiered
If this doesn’t work, give it to your mama, she knows how to do it.

How long is the delivery time?
The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping country and customs of your country. We are working towards proceeding your order within 5 working days.

When an order is sent to a country outside of the EU, the buyer may have to pay extra costs for taxes or import duties. PRJCT AMS Webshop B.V is not responsible for those extra costs. The costs per country cannot be estimated by PRJCT AMS Webshop B.V.
How do I return or exchange an item?
PRJCT AMS Webshop B.V uses a 14 day cooling-off period. In the 14-day cooling-off period it is possible to exchange your product for a different size or color. This is only possible if the product is unworn and is returned with original packaging and ticket. You can send your product at your own expense to:

Will I get a refund on my order?
We don’t give refunds.
Can I return my order at the PRJCT AMS store?
Unfortunately, you can’t return your webshop order at our PRJCT AMS store.
What do I do when my product is damaged?
When your product is damaged please contact our customer service at email@example.com. After conformation you can return the product back to us. We will send you a new product free of charge.
